Please follow these instructions to complete your application.
Step 1: Log into the portal
Step 2: Select your initial account
Note: This is the default view.
Step 3: Select Preferred Provider
By clicking on the green Accounts option in the menu, you can switch back and forth.
Step 4: Begin the application
Step 5: Add your organisation information
Step 6: Upload your Preferred Provider Agreement and click on Submit.
