As the global voice and umbrella federation of the business events industry, the Events Industry Council is grounded in a belief that diverse voices make us stronger, and our collaboration expands our reach and impact.

With this foundational principle, we are actively seeking to grow our membership in 2024 and beyond.

Furthermore, we believe our Board and Council Members, speaking from personal experience, are best suited to articulate the value of EIC Membership.

We’ve created this Membership Campaign Toolkit to make it easy for you to recruit new members.

How to activate these resources:

1. Identify an association that would make a good addition to the EIC global membership. Reach out to Community Director Lesley Bailey (lbailey@eventscouncil.org) to let her now that you will be reaching out to the association.
2. Download the new Value of Membership brochure.
3. Download this email template and adapt to make it your own.
4. Send emails with the PDF attachment. Please copy Amy (acalvert@eventscouncil.org)

5. Introduce Association contact to EIC team for a follow-up discussion.
