Master Designer
The Master Designer Program is a comprehensive internal program at Maritz which educates and builds “passionate explorers” and design-first thinkers to drive client success by creating value through program design, engagement and performance. We created this program to invest in our employees, encouraging a “design-first” approach to creating events that transform people and business. We have certified over 60 Master Designers over the past decade.
