Aaron Wolowiec, FASAE, CAE, CMP Fellow, is the Founder and President of Event Garde, a consulting firm that helps associations and nonprofit organizations design more intentional meetings, learning experiences, and strategic planning processes. A Certified Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator and mentor trainer, Aaron partners with volunteer leaders and staff teams to create meeting environments that strengthen dialogue, support thoughtful decision-making, and foster meaningful engagement. With more than two decades of experience, his work explores how facilitation, meeting design, and learning architecture can increase psychological safety, broaden participation, and help groups do their best thinking together.
